1. 12:00-12:30: Reception at the Hostellerie Levernois (21200 Beaune / Levernois)


2. 12:30-15:00: Lunch buffet / brunch


3. 16:00-17:30: Visit of the cellars


4. 19:00-21:00: Cocktails, the President's word

21:00-23:00: Lunch greedy

Sunday October 11: 9:00-10:00

1. : Breakfast where you want!


2. 10:00-13:00: Visit Beaune or 9 hole Golf


3. 13:00-15:00: Lunch buffet / brunch


4. 15:00: Depart ... for the next fifteen years

You will find formulas that we have negotiated with the Hostellerie Levernois for which I negotiated thirty rooms for thirty couples for our thirty years (if we are 180, no problems, there are hotels all around !!!):

We set a date option for the 30 rooms at Monday, February 23, 2009.
After that date no news from you, we will consider the reservation as invalid.

Booking:
=> If confirmed, each couple will pay 50% deposit before 1 April 2009 as only the rooms for which deposits have been paid will be guaranteed and maintained. The other rooms will then be delivered to sale.
=> The balance must then be paid 1 month before arrival.

If individual cancellation (a couple):
- whichever comes one month before date of arrival, no fee and will retain the deposit will be refunded in full
- if it occurs less than a month before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a penalty

In case of cancellation of the entire event:
- whichever comes two months before date of arrival (August 10, 2009), no charge will be deducted and the deposit will be refunded
- where applicable, the deposit will be retained as a penalty
